Video Length: Each personalised video message will be up to 60 seconds in length. It could go longer depending on the banter.

Delivery Time: The video will be delivered to the person placing the order within 48 hours, via the email or text as provided. If Luca is out of town, you'll be notified if the video is going to take longer. 

Special Date: If the video is for a birthday celebration or team event, please allow extra time and book ahead to make sure it lands on cue.

One Take Wonder: Each order is one video only. Once it's sent, no edits or reshoots can be made - so make sure you provide all the relevant info. The more fun facts the better.
